PDG is a team-based environment. We know everybody has unique skills and perspectives. And having a diversity of perspective allows us to create solutions that nobody else can come up with. Nobody sits off in the corner when we create; everybody gets to play.

On a regular basis, we have "Cool Stuff" meetings, where we examine what's new and exciting in the world-- whether it has anything to do will the performance improvement space. We take inspiration from everything. We examine the possibilities and extract the value. We're exploring mobile learning, social media, virtual immersive environments, live and computer-based simulation, and augmented reality. Sound like fun?
