The PDG culture is one of creativity, passion, and teamwork. We work hard, because we want to help our teammates and our client organizations succeed. We believe we make a difference in helping people be more successful in their jobs, and that gets us pumped up.   • Telecommuting: Though we love to have our folks in the office as much as possible, most PDGers enjoy the flexibility of being able to work from their home offices sometimes.
  • Benefits: We offer a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, eye care, and disability insurance as well as 401(k) plans and paid time off.
  • Bonus: All of our project team members are eligible for year-end bonuses that are linked to their number of billable hours as well as to the quality of their work. Non-billable employees are eligible for bonuses that are tied to performance metrics. In this way, employees are incentivized for top performance.
  • People Doing Great Program: We're a results-oriented group of people, so we like to recognize and reward success. This program provides a mechanism for doing just that.
  • PDG Social Calendar: We hold regular company social events, like our summer pool party, as well as informal gatherings throughout the year.
  • Professional Development: Each PDG employee has an individual development plan created by that individual and his/her manager. We provide both training and professional development opportunities throughout the year.
