Q: How long have you been in business?

A: From 1999 to 2002, we operated as a sole proprietorship. We incorporated in 2003.

Q: How many employees do you have?

A: We work with a group of full-time and part-time sub-contractors as well as partner organizations, collectively named the eP Alliance. This flexible arrangement enables us to address the specific demands of a project, regardless of its scope or complexity. Go to the Team Info section for details.

Understanding – From the start, we work to understand your organization’s needs, using a variety of analysis tools.

Solutions – Based on a solid understanding of your needs, we recommend appropriate solutions. These can involve training, but can also include coaching, mentoring, job and workflow re-design, rewards, job aids, and improved communication.

Delivery – We design, develop, and help you implement the solution(s). Even when developing training, our performance-based approach ensures that our courses promote transfer of skills to on-the-job performance.

Follow-through – After our solutions are delivered, we collect and analyze feedback. We also help you monitor the ongoing effectiveness and ROI of the solution(s).
