Our guiding philosophy centers on four themes: performance, context, practice, and process. Since the Four P’s (Product, Place, Price, and Promotion) are already taken, here are our Three P’s and a C.
Our Three P’s and a C…

PERFORMANCE --> Training is NOT Performing! |
| We want to help individuals apply what they learn in the classroom to their real-life work. In our courses, we give learners the opportunity to practice real-life work tasks under realistic conditions, so that they can receive meaningful feedback. This helps them transfer skills to the workplace quickly and effectively. This approach is called performance-based instructional design (PBID). | |

PRACTICE --> Practice Makes Perfect |
| Reading or listening to words is an okay way of learning some things. Even better is seeing that know-how in action through a demonstration. Even better than that is actively experiencing work life yourself and receiving immediate and meaningful feedback. With all of our courses, we work to make learning more experiential, using scenario-based exercises and simulations whenever possible. | |

PROCESS --> Process Trumps All |
| Without a well-planned and executed process, the best of intentions never become more than that. We have adopted best practices from the project management field and applied them to the instructional design process. This optimizes the way we work, which in turn optimizes the products and services we deliver. | |

CONTEXT --> Context is King |
| In the workplace, knowledge isn’t just something abstract…it is something that gets used in the concrete reality of day-to-day work to produce tangible results. Training should not be an academic exercise. We focus our energy not on communicating abstract concepts but on teaching what knowledge looks like when it is put into the context of work…we demonstrate knowledge in action. |
